It
is that time of the year to nominate and elect a new board for the
2008-09 term. We are looking for nominees and/or volunteers to be
on the board of directors. There are 5 positions and we would like
to see all 5 positions filled this new year.
We
would like to hear from you. If you would like to nominate someone
or volunteer for a position on the board please send your nomination
information to the Board at board@southerncountrysouthflorida.org that
way we can contact the person nominated to verify that they will accept
the nomination. We will also be taking nominations at the meeting and
will be conduction the election. We are hoping to see
you all at the meeting and hope to hear from you with your nominations.
If you are not a
member and would like to know more about Southern Country Please come to
out meeting... Non Members are always welcome at our meetings!

Meetings are where your voice and vote counts the most!

The Changing Times editor Gina Keeler, wants your articles and is
looking for reporters. Please contact her with articles and your interest
in being a part of the Changing Times Newsletter (the SoCo official
newsletter).
