History Southern Country South Florida is a community-based all-volunteer nonprofit corporation dedicated to the promotion of Country-Western dancing. Established on October 25th, 1991 by Jerri Goldberg, Southern Country South Florida's founding board members were Vinny DeMartino, Rebecca Heyman, Adria Martino and Kyle Neeley. Established in October 25th, 1991.
In the beginning, Southern Country South Florida was a handful of dedicated country & western fans trying
to find a bar which would let them dance for only a few hours one night a week. Since then, Southern Country
South Florida has grown into a full-functioning non-profit community based organization with a full Board of
